Morning Elephant Safari | Evening Jeep Safari (Kohora Range)

The excitement begins today with your first Kaziranga safari experience — an early morning elephant safari that the whole family will absolutely love. Rise before sunrise, climb onto the back of a gentle trained elephant, and move slowly and silently through the tall elephant grass of the Central Range as the morning mist rises and the jungle slowly comes alive. This is where the magic happens — one-horned rhinos grazing peacefully nearby, wild deer watching curiously, and the whole jungle waking up around you from the vantage point of an elephant's back. Return to the resort for breakfast and a well-deserved rest. Agoratoli Range | Birdwatching | Brahmaputra River Cruise

Today your family explores the quieter and more serene eastern zone of the park — the Agoratoli Range — a paradise for birdwatchers and a wonderful change of pace from the busier central zones. Important Information

Payment Policy

A booking advance of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure all reservations including safari slots and hotel rooms
The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the departure date
Bookings made within 15 days of the travel date require 100% full payment at the time of booking
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated by the Ababli Tour team at the time of booking
Your booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and a written confirmation from Ababli Tour
Safari slots at Kaziranga National Park are limited and subject to availability — early booking is strongly recommended especially during peak season from November to February

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 30 or more days before the departure date — 10% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellation made 15 to 29 days before the departure date — 25% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellation made 7 to 14 days before the departure date — 50% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellation made less than 7 days before the departure date — 75% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fee
Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure or in the case of a no-show — No refund will be applicable
Safari slots and jungle permits once booked and confirmed are strictly non-refundable as per Kaziranga National Park authority rules — this cost will be fully deducted in case of any cancellation regardless of the cancellation date
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Ababli Tour team and will be processed from the date the written request is officially received

Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days from the date the cancellation request is received and confirmed in writing by the Ababli Tour team
Refunds will be credited back to the original account or payment method used at the time of booking
Refunds are not applicable for any services that have already been utilised, confirmed, or pre-booked on your behalf — including safari permits, hotel bookings, and activity reservations that are non-refundable at the vendor's end
In the event of early departure or no-show, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the package
Any bank transaction charges or payment gateway processing fees incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount
Ababli Tour will not be responsible for any delays in refund processing caused by banking procedures or technical issues beyond our control
In the event of a cancellation caused by natural disasters, government travel restrictions, political unrest, national park closures, or any other force majeure situation, Ababli Tour will offer a complimentary rescheduling option or a travel credit valid for 12 months in place of a cash refund — subject to availability and prevailing conditions at the time
